ARCHIVE LOAN AGREEMENT
The Fondazione Il Giardino dei Tarocchi - Tarot Garden (TG) agrees to loan ________________ (Contact: ________________) certain designated digital images maintained in its archives.

The charge for this loan is 0 EUR per picture. The loan commences on 2026-05-21.
TG may revoke this loan at any time by written notice. Upon notice, all activities related to this agreement must cease and the borrower must return/delete relevant reproductions and provide a written use report within 30 days.
No reproduction or derivative work may occur before separate written approval of an exemplar for each edition by Bloum Cardenas on behalf of TG.
This agreement does not transfer copyright, moral rights, or other intellectual property rights, except as expressly granted for the approved loan use.
TG does not permit cutting, distortion, color alteration, obscuring text overlays, or any use that modifies the integrity of the image.
Republication and third-party rights: for republication, prior written approval by TG is required. The borrower must also obtain authorization from each photographer/co-rights holder where applicable. TG is not liable for missing third-party rights clearance.
All uses must include the required copyright reservation and credit line. For web publication, required credits/watermarks must be applied as requested for each image.
The borrower agrees to provide TG with three copies of all materials created from these images.
Digital images must be deleted after completion of reproduction work and no later than two months from loan date. Delay may trigger a 500 EUR fee. Unauthorized use may trigger liquidated damages of 1,000 EUR per unauthorized publication/reproduction, plus legal fees and costs.
Any dispute arising from this agreement is governed exclusively by Italian law and Italian courts have sole jurisdiction.
By checking acceptance and submitting this form, the applicant confirms agreement to all terms above and acknowledges the temporary access period (60 days) granted after approval.
